MembershipEach dental school is invited to join CODE via a modest annual dues payment. By joining, each member school can have an unlimited number of individuals submit an application to join the Consortium. Whether or not you have participated in the past, please register by using the form below.

About code
CODE has as its goal, the continuation of meetings for the purpose of information exchange among teachers of operative dentistry. Regional CODE meetings are held annually with a report sent to the national director for compilation and distribution. Annual membership is available for any dental school in the United States and Canada.
